the room was upgraded for free with strong ac and good soundproofing. the staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting with heavy luggage. the location was perfect, close to everything, and the price was excellent for the area. the hotel is new, with great facilities and spacious rooms. a definite recommendation!

Gorgeous place, clean, airy rooms and extremely friendly staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. The location strategic and nice reasonable near from the city center. Also - next to Ho Chi Minh, main Ho Chi Minh city attractions and a quiet area.

The room was exceptionally clean and included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. We really enjoyed the wake-up service available. the hotel was in a perfect location, pretty close to everything.

The room was spacious and had a work desk, a multi-channel television, and ironing facilities, which was convenient. We even had a bidet. the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area that was perfect for exploring Vin Mart on foot.

I had a fantastic stay at Haven Hut! My husband and I were on vacation and stayed for 5 days. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient street food nearby. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night security and receptionist. it was a pleasant experience with a super clean room and toilet. I will definitely book Haven Hut again!

The staff at the front desk, particularly Nhi, provided quick and efficient check-in service, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

There were a few issues that affected my stay. there were additional charges for just a few minutes past the check-out time, which I think could have been avoided.

Top-notch location & friendly staff

My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable due to its prime location in the city center, making it easy to explore attractions and enjoy street food nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. However, improvements could be made in ensuring accurate room descriptions and managing construction noise for a more pleasant experience.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic, super close to all the main attractions and some great restaurants. the room service was prompt, and housekeeping did a great job every day. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved the fresh towels and the laundry service was efficient too. It was just a great experience overall, especially compared to some other places I've stayed.

That being said, there were a couple of hiccups. the bathroom door didn't have a doorknob, which could be tricky if you accidentally locked yourself in.

Everyone was super-friendly and the location was good for exploring, in a fairly quiet area providing a chilled-out base.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and the location is ideal in District 1, with a cool Monopolatte Cafe nearby serving delicious desserts.
